The MPA degree program provides managerial, communication, and
human-relations skills in preparation for or advancement in a variety of
public or related careers. The NKU MPA program includes both
in-career students who work in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky
metropolitan area and pre-career students from a variety of backgrounds
and disciplines. We specialize in professional preparation for
local government, criminal justice and non-profit careers. The NKU
MPA features a balanced approach to theory and application as expressed
in our program and course objectives and is the sole program in the
Cincinnati metropolitan area.
